3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Pricing
Access to the full features of the Service requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is $99 per month per website, which includes up to 30 articles per month. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
4.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payment is processed through Stripe, and you agree to Stripe's terms of service for payment processing.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
4.4 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services and AI generation costs, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us to discuss your situation.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Produce misleading, false, or deceptive content intended to deceive readers
- Generate spam, malware, or content for phishing purposes
- Create content promoting violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
- Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
- Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Content Ownership and License
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create using our Service, including AI-generated articles that you have reviewed and published. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6.2 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI is provided for your use and becomes your property upon generation. However, you acknowledge that:

7. WordPress Integration
When you connect your WordPress site to our Service:
- You authorize us to publish content to your site on your behalf
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish content on the connected site
- You should review all content before publishing to your live site
- We are not responsible for any issues caused by content published to your WordPress site
- You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your site in your account settings
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
- Unscheduled technical issues or outages
- Third-party service disruptions (hosting, AI providers, payment processors)
- Events beyond our reasonable control
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information and should be reviewed before publication.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GROWMORE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or content
- Reputational harm from published content
- SEO penalties or search engine ranking changes
- Damages arising from third-party claims
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GrowMore and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
